Programme Highlights
While everyone is thriving to transform their business with innovative technology, there has been a new breakthrough in the man guarding business which was being labelled as a traditional sector. Since the last few decades, Certis has adopted an Operations-Technology (Ops-Tech) Approach to manage gigantic properties in a holistic manner. With the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML), IoT, cloud & mobile applications, and other technologies, operation efficiency can be improved with 54%-75% time cost saved and achieving a cost reduction.

The speakers will shared about the Singapore Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel), which houses a large indoor garden, recreational spaces, airport facilities, a 130-room hotel as well as over 280 retail and F&B outlets. Jewel receives an average daily footfall traffic of approximately 300,000 and welcomed 50 million visitors in its first six months of operations. Behind the scenes, Jewel is monitored and managed by over 5,000 sensors and CCTVs, 12 different systems and a multi-functional workforce.

In the seminar, the Ops-Tech approach and details of the Jewel Changi Airport case would be introduced to explain the latest development in the security sector.
