Programme highlights
Speaker will share his coral research experiences in the past four years in
Great Barrier Reefs (GBR) and how the climate change affects the largest Coral
Reef in the world, and the current recovery situations. He will also tell from
his professional experiences how as a world citizen and scuba divers can help
to conserve and protect the amazing and important coral reef.
Speaker
Mr. Geoffrey Yau -
Geoffrey is currently studying at James Cook University and conducting his
research project at Australian Institute of Marine Sciences. His research
focuses on coral chemistry and their physiological functions. In the past 5
years, he had extensive diving experiences at the Great Barrier Reef and
witnessed the climate impacts to coral reefs.

number of participants is limited to 70. Applications will be
accepted on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to Members of
