Programme Highlights
The Presentation will focus on the benefits and challenges of systems used to optimize heat exchanger efficiency and will cover:
l   Introduction of TAPROGGE GmbH
l   Power plant operation
l   Benefits of an optimized operation of a power plant condenser
l   Case study: Installation of a debris filtration system in a coal-fired power plant

Speaker
Mr. Joerg Barthelmes graduated in Mechanical Engineering and has been working in the power plant industry with TAPROGGE GmbH for more than 35 years. During the past 20 years, his professional focus as a consulting engineer was on optimizing the design and operation of large cooling water circuits, especially of systems for use in condensers and chillers to minimize corrosion and to maximize operating efficiency. He is a member of the VDI (Association of German Engineers) body of experts for power plant technology.

This seminar is free of charge and prior registration is required. The number of participants is 300 (Webinar via Zoom) respectively. Applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to members of MMNC Division. Only on-line registration via Online Enrollment Form (Zoom) shall be accepted for registration. (Physical attendance is now acceptable for the seminar.
