Webinar Brief
Project becomes a normal practice almost in all industries today. Thus, effective project management is more and more important. The knowledge and capability of a project manager are needed to enhance to suit the changing environment. The seminar introduces the contemporary concept of project management, the position of project manager, and the major keys toward a successful project.

Language
The Webinar will be carried out in English as far as possible.

Speaker
Dr. Francis Chan  PhD (UniSA), MEM, BA, FHKIPM, FCMI, MIEM(HK)

Dr. Chan is the Past President and Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Project Management (HKIPM). He is currently serving as President of the Asia Pacific Federation of Project Management (APFPM), Council Member of HKIPM. He has over 35 year-experience across engineering and construction related projects, including civil, building, new town development and infrastructure.
