Ir Wong has 25 years of practical experience in fire investigations for cases including domestic and industrial fire, vehicle fire, arsons, homicide and industrial accident etc; 25 years of practical experience in road traffic accident investigations and reconstructions; Failure Analysis of mechanical and electrical equipment & installations: vehicle and ship components, factory machinery, pumps and compressors, fresh/salt/waste water pipes & joints, gas mains & pipes, air conditioning installations, lifts & escalators, boilers, busways and cables, switchboards, circuit breakers, transformers and batteries.
Programme Highlights
In this seminar, the speaker will share with the audience by presenting a number of case studies the various techniques that could be used to assess the causes of mechanical failures. The techniques that one could apply to find effective solutions to prevent recurrence of such mechanical failures will also be discussed.
