Programme HighlightsThe Hong Kong Institute of Acoustics (HKIOA) in association with the supporting organization of
ASME Hong Kong Section (ASME-HK), Beam Society (BEAM), Hong Kong Institute of Qualified
Environmental Professionals (HKIQEP), Hong Kong Institution of Engineers - Mechanical, Marine,
Naval Architecture and Chemical (HKIE-MMNC) Division and Hong Kong Institution of Engineers –
Environmental (HKIE-ENV) Division are proud to present these courses which aim at providing the
local professionals with a structured frame starting from refreshing the basic acoustics concept,
noise control and management, assessment and measurement, to practical sessions with hands-on
experience on three dimensional (3D) noise assessment, architectural acoustics design, road traffic
noise and Railway Noise measurement. The noise syllabus in HKIQEP has also been taken into
