The visit aims at promoting the advancement of maritime engineering and shipbuilding.
During the trip, delegates would visit LNG terminal, shipbuilder and research facilities at
Pusan, including Pusan National University. Delegates may take the opportunity to
participate the PAAMES Advanced Maritime Engineering Conference 2018 but have to
apply by themselves and pay additional cost to the following event organizers directly:

The organizing team shall facilitate participants to attend the technical visits and above
events as far as practicable.

Note:
(a) Participants shall book and pay for their air flight tickets.
(b) Accommodation and other expense will be charged at cost. Participants are required to
pay additional amount if needed.
(c) Any remaining amount and possible subsidy from organizing institutions shall be paid
to participant after completion of the trip.
(c) Applicants should determine their own need of insurance and arrange it by themselves.
(d) Accepted participant shall be notified by email on or before 30 September. Unaccepted
applicant shall be refunded by cheque payable to the full name provided in the
registration form. The organizer reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel any
application at its discretion.
