Hong Kong is modern metropolitan with exciting and wonderful city landscapes. Apart from the city, 40% of the land area is designated as country parks and nature reserves. The government has put a lot of efforts in protecting the wonderful landscapes surrounding the city. In this seminar, Ir Cheung would illustrate the beauty of our city and wonderful landscape via photos to our members. Ir Cheung is also an active traveler, stepping in China Mainland, Australia, Iceland, Europe, etc.. He will also share his overseas landscape photos with our members.

Apart from numeric, equations, formula, drawings, BIM and specifications, our members will know how professional engineers show case our living environment and sustainable development by photos.

Ir Victor Cheung

Ir Cheung is the past President of HKIE (14/15) and he is a Building Service Engineer who has been actively working on green buildings and energy efficient projects for over 40 years. Many of his projects acquired Platinum rating of HKBEAM and BEAM Plus and Green Building Awards.

As a Director of J. Roger Preston Ltd, he continues to guide the industry towards sustainable development. He has been involving in various task forces and committees, such as the development of the COP for energy efficiency of Building Service installations and Building Energy Efficiency Ordinance, Professional Green Building Council and BEAM Society Ltd etc.

This seminar is free of charge and prior registration is required. The number of participants is limited to 80. Applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis .
