Event Highlight
Buying a flat is undoubtedly one of the big decisions in everyone’s life and good quality of fitting out works can ensure our living quality. Many young engineers, likely the first-time buyers, might lack of experience of flat inspection before they moving in. It is really annoying that you find serious problems such as water seepage in your new flat after you move in. Flat inspection is a good preventive measure and risk management. This webinar aims at sharing the tips on flat inspection including 6S principle, 719 standard and 6 main categories of common defects. It will also introduce inspection methods, reference standards and some key points of inspecting common defects in flats. The tips are suitable for the owners or tenants of residential premises such as new flats, second-hand flats and new interior decoration works in Hong Kong.
