Virtual Tour to CIC MiC Resources Centre and BIM Space

Programme Highlights
The Construction Industry Council (CIC) was formed on 1 February 2007. It aims to drive for unity and excellence of the construction industry of Hong Kong, forge consensus on long-term

strategic issues and convey the industry’s needs and aspirations to the Government. Four exhibition centres have been setup by CIC to demonstrate and showcase local and overseas innovative solution and technologies in construction, thereby driving the transformation and sustainability of the construction industry in Hong Kong. The virtual tour includes introduction of the four centres:

1.      CIC BIM Space: Showcasing of BIM technologies and applications

2.      Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) Resources Centre: Innovative construction method. By adopting the concept of “factory assembly followed by on-site installation”

3.      Construction Innovation and Technology Centre (CITAC): a knowledge hub showcasing and promulgating the latest local and overseas construction technologies

4.      CIC–Zero Carbon Park: the first zero carbon building in Hong Kong, as a test bed for state-of-the-art eco-building design and technologies.

Registration & Enquiries
This virtual tour is free of charge and prior registration is required.  The number of participants is limited to 60. Applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to members of MMNC Division. For registration, please fill in the MS Forms (https://forms.office.com/r/tsG2uWsZJL) by 30th March 2022 (Wed). Successful applicants will be notified individually with MS Teams meeting link.
