Programme Highlights
Located at the heart of the city, Hung Hom
was once the host of many heavy industries and factories in different scales. The
industrial development of Hung Hom reached its climax in Post-war era, making the
area as the cradle of a generation of engineers and technicians, and many
engineering practitioners. Nevertheless, did you notice the cultural heritages
and relics of the past hidden in streets corners in the area ?
We will walk through alleys and places in Hung Hom,
and tell out the histories and trivial stories that were dusted in the time
river.
紅磡位處九龍半島乃至香港的中心點。在上世紀的戰後年代曾經歷過三廠鼎立的局面（發電廠、船廠、英坭廠 等），見證著城市的變遷。昔日發達的工業區，是許多工程師和技術人員的搖籃，卻蘊藏著許多歷史遺跡和老街坊的生活傳統。你又可曾留意到嗎？
我們將漫步大小巷，以全新角度重溫這一帶的發展足跡並訴說那些塵封在歲月長河中的歷史與故事。
