Programme Highlights
Noise generated during domestic renovation is most
annoying among other environmental noise sources in Hong Kong, where
stakeholders are concerned and wish to resolve. As such, amendment to Noise
Control Ordinance (Cap. 400) to further control domestic renovation noise has
become one of the policy measures in The Chief’s Executive’s 2022 Policy
Address.
This webinar will analyze the technical root cause of such noise and introduce quieter alternatives to help minimize relevant noise impact, along with the latest strategies and promotion programmes in relation to “quiet renovation”.
