The audit is conducted by qualified fire safety professionals. This seminar will review different types of fire safety audit, application of fire engineering approach, implementation of fire safety audit. The speaker will illustrate with local requirements and Australian standard. Finally, he will share case study with audiences.

Albert Yau (MHKIE, MIEAust, MIFireE) is the Director of Fire Safety Consultants
Limited and has over 25 years of contracting and consultancy experience in
building services engineering and fire safety engineering for numerous building
projects in Hong Kong and Australia, with his technical specialism in
mechanical services design and fire safety engineering solutions and fire
safety audits and smoke control systems and application of computational fluid
dynamics.
